Move vehicles out of the driveway and keep the delivery approach open before the truck arrives. Look up for tree limbs, wires and roof overhangs, and look down for soft edges, damaged asphalt, cracked concrete or steep transitions. Make sure gates are wide enough and that the driver will not have to maneuver around parked vehicles. If you are concerned about the surface, mention it when requesting the quote. A rubber wheel dumpster may be worth discussing for some residential placements, but no temporary container can guarantee that a weak or damaged surface will remain unaffected under load.
